Under Ja'fari fiqh a wife does not inherit from land itself. She receives her share of the value of buildings, trees and fixtures on it, and of all other property, so her share may be lower than shown if the estate includes land.

How Each Share Is Worked Out

Every figure above follows from your answers and these assumptions: the Ja'fari school of inheritance; the estate valued after debts, funeral costs and any Khums due; bequests and charitable gifts limited to one third; one surviving spouse; and UK inheritance tax not applied. Percentages are rounded, so they may not add to exactly 100%.

Bequests and your charitable third (wasiyyah): You chose to leave 10% of your estate to charity and other bequests. Under the Ja'fari school this may be up to one third, and it is taken out before your family's shares are worked out.
Wife: You said you are married and have children, so your wife takes a fixed share of one eighth of what remains after any bequest. That fixed share is set by the Qur'an and cannot be changed, and it works out at 11.25% of the whole estate.
Son: Based on your answers, son receives 52.50% of the whole estate. A son takes twice the share of a daughter.
Daughter: Based on your answers, daughter receives 26.25% of the whole estate. A daughter takes half the share of a son.
