Bringing Clean Water to Gaza & surrounding regions

The people of Gaza & surrounding regions face an ongoing humanitarian crisis, and the lack of access to clean drinking water is one of their most urgent challenges. As the water crisis deepens, thousands of families are forced to rely on unsafe sources for their daily needs, putting their health and lives at risk.

At The Zahra Trust, we believe that access to clean water is a basic human right. That’s why we’ve partnered with Boreal Light GmbH and UNICEF to bring solar-powered desalination systems to Gaza & surrounding regions, providing sustainable solutions to the region’s water crisis.

Our Mission: Delivering Hope Through Clean Water

With your support, we are delivering solar-powered desalination systems that will produce clean, safe drinking water for thousands of people in Gaza & surrounding regions. Each system can process 2,000 liters of water per hour, ensuring that families no longer have to rely on contaminated sources.

This project is part of a larger initiative supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Boreal Light GmbH, and UNICEF, designed to provide Gaza & surrounding regions with long-term, sustainable water solutions. Our goal is to ensure that every family has access to the water they need to survive and thrive.

How You Can Help

We urgently need your help to fully fund the next phase of this life-saving mission. The cost of delivering one solar-powered desalination system, along with five years of essential maintenance, is $217,205 USD.

Your generous donations will help us bring clean water to communities in Gaza & surrounding regions who need it most.
