Orphan and Widow Sponsorship

A picture taken from our latest recording of the orphans and widowed families in Iraq. As they say a picture speaks a thousand words, and this one clearly does that.

This family is actually existant of 'two families'. During the short video interview, the mother explains that she lost her husband and that she is taking care of her own children. Her sister in law and her husband passed away and left their children to this world, and this lady took it upon herself to also sustain them.

The house they are living on is a borrowed property and does not belong to them, they also do not pay rent for this. She tells us that they are always living in a state of fear as they do not know when they could be evicted.

All their clothing, school equipment and money come from donations. They have no fixed income whatsoever and so sustainability of families such as these rely SOLELY on others. We can help make a change and sustain families such as this one.

Help us change lives.
